the natural forces would sink the boat.

Unfortunately

my prediction became a reality

between

10:10 AM

and

1:00 PM

as 

the waves began to increase

and

the tide came in.

This all could have easily been avoided if authorities would have acted right away

instead of letting jurisdiction arguments cause inaction

leading to all this damage and

raising the cost of removing the boat grow from

perhaps $100 to several thousand dollars,
