A local Key West woman ignores the park rules: Dogs must be on a lease, not on the beach, or in the water at Fort Taylor Historical State Park in Key West, Florida on January 30, 2016; however, she and her dog quickly disappear before the rangers arrive when she realizes that she has been photographed and reported.
