I met a person from England named Ben Hooper today when I was in Fort Zachary Taylor Historical State Park in Key West, Florida. Ben is in Key West to train and raise money for a planned swim that will begin in Dakar Harbor, Senegal, Africa in November of 2015 and will end, if successful, Natal, Brazil, South America in January, 2016. He plans on swimming 20 to 25 miles per day or 12 hours and use the latest GPS technology to leave the water each day and reenter the water in that exact spot on the next day.
