USNS Fall River JHSV-4 is the fourth Spearhead-class Joint High Speed Vessel, to be part of the United States Military Sealift Command. It was built in Mobile, Alabama and was accepted into service on September 15, 2014. It is in the Key West Outer Mole on November 18, 2014.
